Following your recent correspondence to us regarding booking confirmation number VCMGTA

In accordance with Ryanair’s General Conditions of Carriage all monies paid are non refundable, therefore we are not in a position to process a refund of the fee paid on booking confirmation number VCMGTA.

    Hi Lew,
    I read with interest the reply you received from Ryanair.
    As you did not occupy the seat or use the airport facilities, did Ryanair refund you the Govt.tax/airport charge/levies that they collected from you on their behalf ???
    Levies are paid on the number of passengers on each flight, hence the head count before take-off.
